Utopia Support Portal (the “Support Portal”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Support Portal.

“You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.

By accessing our Site or our Service, you accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and you consent to our collection, storage and use of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.


We collect “Information via Technology” and “Personal Information.” Information via Technology includes information that is collected automatically at the time visiting our Site, login and account registration. Personal Information includes your email, nickname/login, password, country of residence and contents of “About you” field, which you submit to us through the registration process at the Site.
