For purposes of this Agreement, “Site” refers to the Support Portal’s website, which can be accessed at support.u.is “Service” refers to the Support Portal’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can (1) download, install and use Utopia software for the sole purpose of evaluating it, identifying bugs, submitting ideas, or promoting it, (2) submit bug reports, improvement and promotional ideas of Utopia software, (3) receive rewards for bug, idea and promotional reports, (4) familiarize with Utopia ecosystem and Utopia software.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Support Portal.
“You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.
I. INFORMATION WE COLLECTWe collect “Information via Technology” and “Personal Information.” Information via Technology includes information that is collected automatically at the time visiting our Site, login and account registration. Personal Information includes your email, nickname/login, password, country of residence and contents of “About you” field, which you submit to us through the registration process at the Site.
